An applicant may be at any stage of his/her career development, but must hold a faculty
appointment at a Canadian medical school.
The grants are payable to the recipient’s hospital or research institute up to the maximum amount listed below. It is for a one-year term, dispersed in two equal installments from the Canadian Anesthesia Research Foundation (CARF).
Dr R A Gordon Research Award – up to $20,000
CAS Research Award in Memory of Adrienne Cheng – up to $10,000
All applicants under the New Investigator Operating Grants are also
considered.
